If you’ve ever seen Chris Rock’s classic documentary, you know that there’s big money in hair. Women drop a good bit of their hard-earned cash on hair (weave, extensions, wigs, etc.), so hair is a high commodity for people looking to get money. That is, more than likely, the reason why a man stole $30,000 worth of hair extensions in Maryland earlier this week.
ABC 7 reports:
Police are searching for a man who stole $30,000 worth of hair extensions from a salon in Largo, Maryland earlier this month.
The theft occurred in the 1000 block of Shoppers Way between 7:45 p.m. on Monday, July 11 and 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 12.
Prince George’s County Police are asking anyone with information to call 301-390-2160 or Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-TIPS.
That’s all the information available, along with a still from the security footage of the man walking out with a box of bundles. he might just cash out before he’s caught.
