Ronne Music, Jr. of Waycross, GA, has been on the wrong side of the law for quite some time now. His rap sheet is as follows, according to the NY Daily News:

In 2003, Music he was convicted of making terrorist threats and being in possession of a prohibited weapon.

Then in 2007, he was convicted for being a felon in possession of a firearm before then being caught in 2009 running a meth lab and possessing the illegal substance.

He was sentenced to serve 10 years for the meth conviction but was released on parole from Wilcox State Prison in 2012.

It would seem his fortunes would change when (as a maintenance supervisor) Music walked into a Waycrossconvenience store, bought a 100X The Money scratch-off lottery ticket and won $3 million  last year. Not so much. He has been indicted with four others in a conspiracy to possess more than 500 grams of meth with intent to distribute. According to Jacksonville.com:

Because of past convictions, Music could be sentenced to 20 years in prison and fined up to $20 million, records show.

In addition to the conspiracy charge, Music is named in three other counts: He is charged with possessing 5 grams of methamphetamine around Oct. 22 in Ware County with the intent to distribute it and single counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm and possession of firearms in the furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, the indictment shows.

The indictment identifies the guns as six shotguns, three rifles and two revolvers.

The indictment says prosecutors will seek the forfeiture to the U.S. government of any property derived from illegal activity including all 11 guns, a house, a 2014 Dodge Charger, and 215 GMC Sierra and more $676,243.34 in cash seized from a Waycross bank.

Music was ordered held due to an outstanding parole warrant in Johnson City, TN. He claims that he cannot afford a lawyer or pay fines. Yikes.
